Guest book
an old man coming

if an apple
fell
on my head
I’d say
cool
and eat it
and the whole
rigamarole
of Newtonian physics
would have e been
avoided

but
not you

for you,
every yin
has a yang,
every issue
an issue
with connections
and ramifications,
multiple
consequences
that must be
considered,
as well as lessons
that must be learned

I used to be
that way

then I looked
in a mirror,
saw and old man
coming,
and went
sane
